Management Team

Board of Directors

We would never say that we spend our days lost in endless hours of daydreaming, but we do spend a considerable amount of time pondering what the world might look like in the years ahead and how we might influence that.

We´re serious about what we do, but don´t take ourselves too seriously. And, that´s important. It´s not unusual to hear the brain numbing rhythms of 1980´s Journey music blaring from our COO´s office or to jump in on a cantankerous, but good-natured political debate with our CEO. From the big, red couch where we can indulge in some downtime at an in-office Sony Playstation (used only after normal business hours, of course) to our normally casual attire, DCSI is all about creating a working environment that´s friendly, inspirational, empowering and enjoyable.

But, we work hard, too. Let´s face it, we´ve got a future to create and a world of advertisers, media professionals and consumers relying on us to get things done and get them done right. It´s also about fostering and encouraging creativity. We´re constantly pushing the envelope to discover new ways to deliver advertising and content across our growing network through new and emerging technologies, platforms, and concepts. Innovation and imagination are part of everyone´s role here.
